We were contacted by a well known FCA authorised investment manager looking to sell a consented 8 MW site in the UK. We achieved pricing that exceeded the expectations of the investment manager and successfully closed the sale. Due to the success in finding a suitable purchaser we received a further instruction from the same client to find a purchaser for a portfolio of 3 operational solar farms in the UK. The portfolio comprised of 3 projects totalling 20 MW. We were successful in selling the portfolio in line with our client’s expectations.
